With its combination of two alternating vertical forms, Daring introduces a different rhythm to the traditional repetition of a pendant light. Rather than following one continuous shape around the circumference, the changing profiles play off one another, creating contrast, movement and a wonderful sense of intrigue.

Designed to Intrigue
The Daring pendant light is one of the more adventurous personalities within our Signature Range, but bold doesn’t have to mean excessive.
Its strength lies in the balance between the two contrasting forms. Each has its own character, yet together they create a cohesive sculptural design. The repetition keeps the overall pendant balanced, while the alternating shapes prevent it from ever feeling too uniform.
It’s this tension between order and unpredictability that makes Daring so interesting.
The eye is naturally drawn around the pendant, following the changing lines, angles and spaces. Light passes differently through each section, while shadows and negative spaces become part of the overall design.
Our Daring pendant light makes an impact, but there is still a sense of refinement. It’s edgy rather than outrageous, distinctive rather than eccentric – and confident enough to be different.
The Signature Slant
The defining angled assembly of our Signature Range adds yet another layer to the Daring pendant light.
Each vertical piece is assembled at a slight angle, creating subtle overlap between the individual elements. With two alternating shapes already creating their own visual rhythm, this slant intensifies the effect, introducing even more depth and dimension.
As you move around the pendant, different parts of the shapes are revealed and concealed. Lines cross visually, openings change and the overall silhouette appears to shift.
This gives Daring a particularly strong three-dimensional quality. Even when the light is switched off, it has the presence of a sculptural object within the room.
The angled assembly also serves a practical purpose. By reducing the open space between the individual pieces, it helps to soften direct glare from the exposed bulb, while still allowing light to filter through and highlight the structure of the design.
Choose Your Proportions
Our Daring pendant light is available in three heights – 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm – and two diameters – 40 cm and 65 cm – giving you the freedom to create very different looks from the same design.
A wider, shallower combination places greater emphasis on the changing shapes around the circumference and creates a strong contemporary silhouette. Choose a taller version and Daring becomes more elongated and sculptural, emphasising the vertical lines and alternating forms.
The smaller configurations work beautifully in bedrooms, entrance areas, kitchens or more intimate spaces, while the 65 cm diameter gives the Daring pendant light the scale to hold its own over a dining table or within a larger living or open-plan area.
Whichever proportions you choose, this is a pendant designed to be seen.
