Design and assembly
Every AssembLIT light is designed by us and precision laser-cut, with slots that allow the pieces to fit together securely.
Your pendant arrives carefully packaged and unassembled, with a clear assembly guide and one spare vertical piece in case of accidental breakage. Assembly is straightforward, with no special tools required.
Damaged or broken pieces
If your light arrives with any damaged pieces, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can arrange replacements.
If more pieces break during assembly or after your light has been assembled, please get in touch as soon as possible. Replacement pieces may carry a charge, with delivery charged separately. But lets chat through things first.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your AssembLIT light. If it isn’t right for you, we offer a 30-day money-back policy.
To arrange a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and return the item within 30 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return courier or postal costs are for your account. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll refund the purchase price in full.
